The management of the Ghana Western Achievement & Excellence Awards is back busy and is now close at the tall tip of their preparation tier towards the staging of the third edition in the second week of December.
The annual GWAEA award scheme is concerned with conferring plaque honoraries on excelling personalities and companies within the western region of Ghana.
Since its inception and plausible successful maiden edition in 2021, the scheme has ran smoothly in great grandeur without fail and is still passively instilling a subtle urge on western region companies and personalities to demonstrate competitive excellence in their respective industries to elevate them to a recognition level where they can merit a GWAEA honorary in deed.
Though the GWAEA scheme's tink-tank brainstorms through a broad scope of industries during their award category creation, the tink-tank settles on a final prime shortlist of 20 superior categories which are considered as majors and are strictly circled aside as plaque-worthy. The next honor list in creation, though not necessarily considered as minors, come as printed citation honors and it's always subjected to an over-count of 30 certificate awardees or a little up but less than 40 at its official limit.
GWAEA is staged by LondonHills Production under the keen supervision of Sidney Washington Daniels (popularly known as UK Suge Knight), the scheme's UK-based founder who is a criminologist and an investor in multimedia enterprises.
This year's Ghana Achievement & Excellence Awards comes off Saturday. 9th December at Raybow International Hotel, Takoradi.
The start time of the event is 6pm.
A hint from source made a private tip-off to a media affiliate that GWAEA 23' will have 20 fashion models flown in from the UK to serve the audience a runway special on stage. The models will be provided by ATUU Foundation, UK.
On Sunday 10th December is the after party inside NK City, Takoradi.
